Mira Cawley
From her initial In-house counsel role in the UK at a multinational telecommunications technology start-up to her latest experience as an independent legal consultant, Mira has acquired a great mix of commercial & project finance experience; drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial, Technology and Corporate Finance agreements ancillary to the Telecommunication (Infrastructure and Services) and Investment Banking sectors involving multiple jurisdictions. In addition, throughout her private practice experience at a silver circle firm in the City of London, Mira assisted on capital markets transactions in connection with numerous IPOs and private placements on the LSE in the fashion retail, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals industries and debt programmes involving the real estate sector; Mira's recent experience includes advising UK start-ups in relation to software development & licensing, design, architectural, consultancy & leasing finance agreements across a range of sectors including inter alia medical technology, AI, design and property development and invested a considerable amount of time reviewing contracts ancillary to renewable energy technologies as well as advising international clients on their investments in the UK or under English law.
